Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel Pro at any time?
Yes. You can cancel Pro at any time from your account settings. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle and you won’t be charged again. After cancelling, your account moves back to the Free plan.
Does the 14-day Pro trial need a credit card?
No. You can try every Pro feature for 14 days without entering card details. After 14 days, if you don’t subscribe, your account automatically returns to the Free plan — no charge.
Which payment methods are supported?
We currently accept Visa/Mastercard, domestic bank transfer, MoMo and ZaloPay. For the Business plan we also issue VAT invoices and offer discounted quarterly/annual billing.
How long does upgrading from Free to Pro take?
The upgrade takes effect immediately after a successful payment. All your saved itineraries and account data are kept. There’s no need to create a new account or re-enter anything.
